Call/follow-up with the customer for evaluation

Check the customer bonafide and vehicle authenticity correctly as per norms

• Vehicle evaluation to be done using 120 point check-sheet and refer Ready Reckoner, Price Grid to arrive at right buying price

•Offer the correct buying price to True Value customer on written quotation format

• Meet the evaluation/conversion target assigned

• Deal failure analysis (and action suggested)

• Take regular warranty/RF variance feedback for improvement in evaluation from the True Value Manager
